The total cost of a typical plot of 5100 sft with a villa of 4405 sft is approximately Rs. 5 Cr inclusive of taxes and additional charges based on the current tax regime. (Excluding registration & Stamp duty charges).

If one were to opt for the 5100 sft plot then initial payment due is 10% of the total cost mentioned above. 20% would be payable on execution of Agreements and the rest linked to milestones such as casting of slabs, finishing works, etc.

RSP Design Consultants, one of Asia's largest architectural practises have put together a "free flow' design with the intent of retaining as many trees as possible. The designs are specific to each plot. We are also working on developing a world class club and recreational facilities as well as a large tree-lined promenade abutting the lake. All approvals for the layout are in place already and we have started construction on the first batch of villas. Housing finance approvals have been received from most leading banks.
